​Fast growth means growing pains. This company faced issues with leaders not stepping up as it scaled. This led to reduced efficiency, ineffectively distributed teams and a lack of mentorship. There was a high prevalence of burnout and imposter syndrome, particularly in younger colleagues.

AI powered data gathering identified that there were several key barriers to retention. VPs were feeling too overwhelmed to challenge the status quo. They had a fixed mindset regarding authority, viewing it as authoritarian rather than taking leadership responsibility.
